Most of us have been conditioned to think that comfort foods are terrible and must be avoided. However, if your comfort food is candy or junk food this can be true. Otherwise, comfort foods could be very nutritious and good for you. There are several foods that, when you consume them, may boost your mood. When you are feeling a little down and are needing an emotional pick-me-up, test out some of these.
Eggs, believe it or not, can be truly terrific at beating back depression. You must make sure, however, that what you make includes the egg yolk.
