Top with your favorites such as guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, onion, and tomatoes. I am often requested to make these when company comes over.

Instructions to make Smothered Beef and Bean Burritos:
  1. Lay out tortilla and fill with beans and beef. Roll folding the ends in first. Repeat with all 6 tortillas.
  2. Lay side by side in a large casserole dish.
  3. Spread cheese over the top of the burritos.
  4. Pour 2 cups (or 3) of chili over all 6 burritos.
  5. Bake uncovered at 375° for 30 min.
  6. Serve immediately and can top with lettuce and tomato.

Top with your favorites such as guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, onion, and tomatoes. I am often requested to make these when company comes over. Mix the remaining beef mixture with cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Arrange burritos in the baking dishes; top with remaining soup-beef mixture. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the onions until softened.
