Grains can be wonderful for driving away a bad mood. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are great at helping you be happier. These foods can help you feel full for longer also, which can help your mood too. Feeling famished can actually bring you down! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are easy to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.
Your mood could actually be helped by green tea. You were simply waiting to read that in this article, weren’t you? Green tea has been found to be rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also calming the rest of your body. You were already aware that that green tea helps you be a lot healthier. Now you know that applies to your mood as well!
